Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Sage & Co. website at sageandco.ai or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our services

Sage & Co. provides managed AI operations services for small businesses and agencies. Our services include:

• Configuration and deployment of AI agent teams on client-owned virtual private servers
• Ongoing management, monitoring, and optimization of AI agent workflows
• Regular strategy sessions and performance reviews
• Technical support and maintenance

Service agreements

Specific service terms, including scope of work, pricing, and deliverables, are outlined in individual service agreements provided to each client before onboarding. These agreements supplement but do not replace these Terms of Service.

Pricing and payment

• Setup fees are one-time payments due before service begins
• Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each service month
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice

Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Your virtual private server and all data on it remain yours
• We will assist with transition if needed
• Setup fees are non-refundable
• No further monthly charges will be applied after the cancellation period

Client responsibilities

As a Sage & Co. client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for agent configuration
• Grant necessary access to tools and platforms your agents will interact with
• Review agent output and provide feedback during the onboarding period
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials we provide

Infrastructure ownership

Your AI agents operate on a dedicated virtual private server (VPS) provisioned for your use. You own this server and all data stored on it. Sage & Co. accesses your server solely to provide the agreed-upon management services. We do not claim ownership of your data, workflows, or agent configurations.

Intellectual property

Content generated by your AI agents on your behalf belongs to you. Sage & Co. retains ownership of our proprietary processes, configurations, templates, and methodologies used to set up and manage your agent team.

Limitation of liability

Sage & Co. provides managed AI operations services on a best-effort basis. While we actively monitor and manage your agent team, AI-generated output may occasionally require review or correction. We are not liable for:

• Errors in AI-generated content that was published without client review
• Third-party service outages affecting agent functionality
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Website use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services. Savings estimates provided by our calculator are based on industry averages and may not reflect your actual costs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
